Plenary Session Moderator & Closing Keynote Address: IFC/World Bank ‘Creating Markets for Manufacturing’ Conference, Düsseldorf

Michael will participate in 2 separate sessions at the IFC & World Bank event 'Creating Markets for Manufacturing' being held in Düsseldorf on 24 & 25 October. His participation as moderator in the Plenary session on Oct 25 entitled "Green Business Opportunities for Manufacturing" will take place in the morning. Climate business experts will explore how emerging markets can foster a “Circular Economy” that reduces reliance on raw materials and energy in manufacturing. The thought leaders will also provide their own blueprints on how emerging markets can benefit from the latest developments in the clean energy industry and highlight examples of best practices by companies in emerging markets. Climate-related projects supported by IFC and other investors will also serve as a framework for discussion. Just before lunch, Michael will address the audience with a closing Keynote speech and presentation.
