The Energietransitiefonds (Energy Transition Fund) Rotterdam (ETF-R) is an investment fund set up by the City of Rotterdam based on the ambition to be completely CO2 neutral and circular by 2050. The fund finances capital-intensive companies and projects that focus on clean energy, alternative fuels, less waste and the reduction of the use of primary raw materials.
