Michael has been invited to speak at the Institute for Government conference panel on how to deliver net zero. Net-zero is a huge implementation challenge. Governments will need to have the capability in place to work with the private sector as well as local government and public agencies to deliver huge infrastructure transformations. This panel will examine the delivery difficulties facing governments – and how to overcome them. Watch Live Here
