There is a small airport in the Engadin valley at Samedan, but there are no international flights. The nearest major airport is Zurich. Don't take the last flight unless you have to: it arrives pretty late and you'll be lucky to get to Pontresina before 1.00 am. And if it's snowing, the Julier Pass closes and you won't get through until the next day.
